Where services requiring professional licensure are provided, such services are performed only in jurisdictions where Peters Consulting LLC or an affiliated entity holds the appropriate license. Services performed outside the State of Arizona are limited to commercial consulting and owner's representation activities only, with all regulated professional services coordinated through properly licensed local architects, engineers, contractors, brokers, attorneys, or other required professionals, in accordance with applicable state and local law.

Nothing contained on this website, in proposals, marketing materials, or other communications shall be construed as an offer to perform any service requiring professional licensure in any jurisdiction where such licensure is required, including but not limited to California and Texas, unless and until all applicable licensing requirements have been fully satisfied.

Peters Consulting LLC's role is limited to advising, coordinating, and representing the owner's interests, facilitating alignment among licensed professionals, and supporting informed decision-making throughout the lifecycle of a commercial project. Peters Consulting LLC does not assume responsibility for the means, methods, safety, or performance of construction or other licensed professional services.
