For projects located outside the State of Arizona, Peters Consulting LLC operates solely as a commercial consultant and owner's representative, coordinating and interfacing with properly licensed local architects, engineers, contractors, brokers, attorneys, and other regulated professionals as required by applicable state and local laws.
